Thank you for the opportunity to capture your moments! Below you will find some helpful information on storing and printing your images.

How do I download my gallery?
In the Google Drive link provided, click on your gallery title at the top of the page → download.

How long will my gallery stay active?
Your gallery will stay active a minimum of 30 days. I will send a reminder and wait for your confirmation before deleting.

Where should I save my gallery?
Be redundant! I recommend saving them to an external hard drive (solid state external drives have a lower failure rate than mechanical). Back them up on USB as well, store in a fireproof safe or lockbox. Give a copy to your family or trusted friend! If you have a cloud service, you should back them up there as well.

What happens if I lose my images years from now?
I technically keep your edited images “forever.” In 10 years of delivering professional photography, I have only had a hard drive fail once. I was able to recover them, however this isn’t always the case!

Where do you recommend I order prints from?
If you are local to the Des Moines, IA area I highly recommend Christian Photo. Avoid Walgreens, etc. if you intend to display these in your home.
